Today, the Equilibrium Family Centre hosted the launch of the latest Equilibrium publication dedicated to the children of Mogilino, housed just over 10 years ago in the first family-type centre in the country.

The author of the book – Nadezhda Petrova, long-time leader of the so-called.  Pink House related its history. It’s home to 12 severely disabled children and Nadia reported tremendous progress, and above all the gentle care provided by the entire team, who provide the children with much love.

A special guest of the event was Dr. Eleonora Lilova – Chairman of the State Agency for Child Protection. She congratulated the groups, and especially the children of the Pink House, who were the main celebrities of the day. Several took an active part in the event to the best of their ability. They also received special gifts from Dr. Lilova – books from children from a Plovdiv school with kind messages from their children to their peers in a similarly vulnerable situation.

Finally, all the guests and participants stuck hearts with positive messages to the children and the team of the Pink House on a painting especially done by local artist, Ognian Balkandzhiev.
