The project presents the experience, good practices and the transfer of social innovations for enhancing the capacity of children at their early childhood, their parents and informal leaders from marginalized communities in the Sredna Kula district, Ruse Municipality, from the activities of Castelfidardo, Italy. Experts from “Equilibrium” talked about the interesting practices and the different systems that they had the opportunity to see in May in Italy, as well as about the things they liked and have successfully applied in Ruse.

Mediators who work on terrain in the Sredna kula district showed pictures of their activities with parents and children 0-5 years. They shared the huge interest in the Club of Toys and the Club “I Was a Child, too” from parents and children. They play together with natural materials, make different objects from thing that could be found in every home and for which no additional expenses are needed. They learn more about the abilities and potential of their children, which makes them feel more successful and proud parents and leads to permanent change in them.

The participants in the event asked many questions related to the practical implementation of the practices seen in Italy in the work of “Equilibrium” in the Sredna kula district and shared their experience in working with a Roma community on the territory of Veliko Tarnovo.

The exchange of information and experience has always been essential to better work on terrain.
