David represents Equilibrium on the board of National Children’s Network and one of his main roles is to use the experience and knowledge of Equilibrium to help develop a solid platform for Child Participation and the development of methods of introducing children and teenagers to the activities of the organization.
In addition, EQ and the NCN are collaborating in the field of educational development and hope to impact on the extent to which children and young adults have a say in the way they are taught and bring about a change of both teaching methods and curricula to promote social engagement.
David had a supervisory role at the camp that involved the participation of adult and teenaged representatives of different Bulgarian organizations that are working with/ for children.
David was accompanied by three junior members of EQ who with the other young participants, were introduced to the structure, mission and work of the NCN and participated in the creation of a framework for the Child Participation.
