The services are available through the project: “Complex of Integrated Social Services for Children from 0 to 3 years in the Municipality of Ruse”, implemented by the Municipality of Ruse.

On the 3th of July 2018, we marked our 2nd year of management by “Equilibrium”. The employees of the “Health and Social Activities” department of the Municipality of Ruse were official guests of the event. The Head of the Social Activities Department, Mrs. Katya Petrova, gave a formal speech to congratulate the management of “Equilibrium” from the Mayor of Ruse Municipality – Mr. Plamen Stoilov.

At the ceremony there were donors from “Dunarit” AD as well as Ivelina Aassen, who have traditionally received the “Blagotvoretz Hrabar” certificate for special merit and support for children with special needs.

The program was joyful, with children’s songs, dances and riddles. The atmosphere was even more amazing with the recreation of the tale “The Turnip”. The birthday was most exciting for the kids, of course. All the “sunflowers” – the children from the Family Type Center for Children and Young People with Disabilities with Permanent Medical Care; children from the Day Care Center for Children with Disabilities and their parents as well as mothers from the Mother and Baby Unit were included.

The memories of the exciting festive day were preserved by the professional photograph Ivelina Aasen who will distribute photographs to all the willing participants.
